UK orders - I accept the following methods of payments:-
Secure credit card payments for VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, SWITCH, SOLO and other major credit/debit cards through secure credit card payment collection service (CCCS). Alternatively through PAYPAL or by telephone orders, simply call me when ordering on 01642 365682, or payment by cheque.
OVERSEAS ORDERS are most welcome, please pay by PAYPAL
(due to high banking charges on foreign currency exchange).

As I make everything myself I aim to dispatch within 10 working days, but for busy periods or for larger orders, please allow up to a maximum of 2 weeks. Overseas shipping is by Royal Mail and can take between 5 to 10 working days.
On receipt of your order I will let you know
approximately how long your order will take.

Returns
If you are not happy for any reason please let me know within 3 days and return the goods, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable. Personalised goods cannot be returned.
